Shipping has always been the hardest part of buying a trade show carpet online. You pick your booth size and color, get to checkout, and the shipping quote can be more than the carpet. For larger booths it could run into the thousands.
Not anymore. Every assembled trade show carpet on redcarpets.com now ships at one national flat rate by FedEx Ground to anywhere in the lower 48 states. The price is the same whether your show is in New Jersey, Texas or California, and you see it on the product page before you add the carpet to your cart.

Shipping is per carpet. Order two 10′ x 10′ carpets and shipping is $300; add a 10′ x 20′ to the same order and it’s $550 in total. Prices shown are current as of October 2026.
Our assembled trade show carpets ship as two, three, four or more smaller pieces instead of one giant roll. Each piece is bound on its outer edges only, so when you lay them side by side the edges meet cleanly and the floor looks like a single carpet.
The width of each piece decides how it ships. Rolls of 6 feet wide or less travel as standard FedEx Ground packages. Rolls 7 and 8 feet wide make longer boxes that FedEx classes as oversize, which costs more to ship. That’s why the configurations made of 5-foot pieces carry the lowest flat rate. If you want the best value, choose the 5-foot option. You get the same coverage, the same look once it’s down, and the lowest shipping cost.
Every piece is cut to order in the USA from commercial-grade twisted nylon, the same material as our event carpet runners. It’s available in 28 colors, from classic red, black and grey to brand colors like Tiff Blue, Key Lime and Cobalt, so you can match your booth to your logo.

Along with flat-rate shipping, we’ve added a 30′ x 30′ trade show carpet for large island booths. Choose six 5′ x 30′ pieces (the best shipping value), five 6′ x 30′ pieces, or three 8′ x 30′ pieces plus one 6′ x 30′ for the fewest seams.
For the largest island booths, the new 40′ x 40′ trade show carpet covers 1,600 square feet. Choose eight 5′ x 40′ pieces for the best shipping value ($1,790 flat rate), or four 7′ x 40′ pieces plus two 6′ x 40′ pieces for fewer seams ($2,900 flat rate).
For booths larger than 40′ x 40′, or for shows in Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US, request a custom quote. We’ll work out the best way to get your carpet there.
Flat-rate shipping starts at $150 for a 10′ x 10′ carpet and goes up to $2,900 for a 40′ x 40′ carpet with 7-foot pieces. Every size and configuration has one national rate to the lower 48 states.
