For many people, planning a red carpet event can be overwhelming at first, but RCR makes it easy! The process is simple and you have a Red Carpet expert guiding you along the way.
 

 
The first step is knowing what size package will work for your event. RCR offers 4 package options, ranging from 4′ x 7′ backdrops to 10′ x 8′ backdrops. Your event will usually determine the backdrop size you need, and you always have the option of choosing a custom size backdrop.
 
Package Guide
 
Each package also has a Portable or Professional option. The portable package is more cost efficient and comes with grommets and hanging hooks. The professional version comes with a retractable 8′ stand that sets up in 20 minutes. Both packages come with a carpet and carpet carry bag.

Once you’ve decided on a package, the next step is creating a digital proof. It’s important to make sure your logos are high quality or original vector files so they can be blown up to any size without pixellation occurring. If you do upload a low resolution logo, RCR’s designers will always inform you that a higher resolution logo is needed. Raster v. Vector
 
If you don’t have a logo already, RCR offers a customizable logo bank. Just choose the logo(s) you like best–there is no logo limit or extra charge for multiple logos– along with your color scheme/text choice and our designers will create you a custom logoed backdrop! We will even work with you to create a one-of-a-kind logo if you so choose. It is important to choose fonts and colors that will be easily seen in photographs, so keep that in mind when creating your own logo!
 

 
Once you have a high quality logo or you’ve decided on a pre-designed one, you will receive a digital proof. These are free of charge and you will be able to correspond with an Red Carpet expert to get your design just right! Once you confirm your design, you will choose a carpet color (no extra charge for colors) and receive an online invoice. Once payment is submitted, we print, pack and ship your RCR package to you! Your carpet and stand will ship next day, while the backdrop takes 2 days to produce and ship.
