Buying Event Carpet Runners for your next event is as easy as
1 (Color) 2 (Width) 3 (Length).

CUT & COLOR

Whether you are looking to add carpet to your step repeat backdrop or create a Red Carpet Entrance, we recommend the 2Cs of carpet buying – Cut and Color. Similar to purchasing a diamond, the cut and color will give you the shape and look best fit for your event.

CUT

Cut is defined by measuring the Width and Length in feet (custom carpets can be cut to the nearest inch) of the area you are looking to cover.

Width
The Width is typically identified with the more narrow measurement of the carpet.
For Example:
Event Runners – Measured distance between a doorway, pews in a church and points from a building to curbside (for covering a sidewalk).
Step Repeat – Measured  distance from the base / bottom of the Step Repeat to a point away from it – see CUT – LENGTH X WIDTH image below.

Length
The Length is mostly associated with the longer measurement of the carpet.
For Example:
Event Runners – Measured distance through a doorway, length of an aisle in church and/or sidewalk).
Step Repeat – Minimum requirement is measured distance from the left to the right side of the step repeat (Purchasing longer by 1′ – 2′ creates and overlap that ensures the entire Step and Repeat carpet area is covered).

COLOR

All carpets are custom cut per order and fully bound with a double stitch binding on all four sides.

Add-Ons
Carpet Tape –  Double sided carpet tape can be applied (AWAY FROM BINDING) to help secure the carpet to the underlying surface or spotting in high traffic areas.  The tape may leave a residue when removed and not recommended on surfaces that may retain tape residue.

Clear Coat Latex – Offering a more stable setup on smoother surfaces such as Marble, Tile and Wood the clear coat latex will stabilize the carpet when weight is applied. The Latex is applied in a zig zag pattern throughout the carpet as well in the corners that not only stabilizes the carpet but also strengthens the bond of the backing extending the life of the carpet.
